Why a pause in the online game? How to turn it off? This is very not obvious - then how to turn it off !!!!! Remove it! This is an online game! And not solitary!

The pause gets abused so much. There should be a 5 pause limit or timer thing.

Having it as an option in the lobby would be nice, as my brother and I do comp-stomps, and sometimes someone has to hit the can, give us an option to set a limit, from "no, no pausing" to "unlimited, do whatever you want".
