How about making a variable for the ore harvester searching range so that it reflects the differences in maps? It could be that each map is manually specified an ore range, or it could be calculated by some empirical formula such as: Search_range = Fudge_factor*(Average_ore_to_ore_distance) So that ...

I like the + symbol implemented in TD when a hospital is captured to let you know which units have been upgraded in health, I wonder if the same could be applied for RA or whether there's a reason otherwise.

Another way I find if you're transitioning them is to tell the truck to deposit in the new refinery (even after depositing in the old one and is empty) followed by the new patch of ore you want it to go after. That way locking it to the new refinery.

Hi FiveAces, Got a game with quite a bit of action early/mid game and a case of holding on. Moments of wanting to surrender too. Liking the ideas. Why not both? A flak/SAM boat, and a tesla boat for land units. No one is really going to be building Air any time soon although it may counter early allies sneak heli tactics. (So backing the transporters with gunboats perhaps). This'll also give gun boats something to go against....
