You can do this by adding a briefing. I suggest looking at existing maps how to include it in detail, but basically it is adding following custom rules to your map:

Sadly there is currently no way to get the remaining missions. We have to recreate them for OpenRA and are not finished with all missions yet.

You can edit the rules by editing the yaml files inside "/mods/ra/rules/" (from the installation directory). However, you cannot play online any more after modifying any of those files!

This is currently not easily doable. You would have to go to the installation directory, and from there to "/mods/d2k/rules/campaign-rules.yaml" and change "FogCheckboxEnabled: True" to "FogCheckboxEnabled: False".

Yes, sadly not all of the missions have been adapted from the original to work in OpenRA. We are working on it though.

We can't guarantee that it will work (for example the German videos won't without renaming). You can try to copy the files manually following the Dune 2000 section of https://gist.github.com/abcdefg30/a4fe1 ... ae2ce45bc0

You can extract them using the Openra.Utility. It should work when using with the "--png" command and the relevant .R8 file. (Something like "--png DATA.R8 PALETTE.BIN" IIRC.)

Hi! It is possible to add new graphics to a mod. The game can load sprites from pngs (and other formats which aren't so nice to work with), so it should be doable with bitmap editors.

Maybe recording with https://obsproject.com/ works for you. Replays themselves aren't a video format, so you're correct that you cannot upload those to Youtube etc.

Fonts are referenced in the "Fonts:" section of "mod.yaml", so you can add a font there. You probably want to replace the existing fonts with your own font files. You can compile it by downloading, unzipping and running the "make.cmd" (or just running "make" if you're on mac/linux). But that plugin will be severely out of date and not work with the latest OpenRA version without updates.

There's a bug on Windows that the hardware cursor support sometimes fails. This can cause laggy cursors until a restart of the game (where it will try to use hardware cursors again). The next release will improve this situation.
