I always thought it could be a cool upgrade if they had a lot faster of a firing rate, unload their entire payload in just a second or so and then "get the heck out of dodge". wasn't the Yak a lot more like that in original RA? turn crates off by default
last 1 vs 1 I insta won because I got an artillery like 30 seconds into the game... I think crates bring too much randomness to the game.

Longbow has an important distinction of being the only anti-air-capable air unit in the game. one of these cost 2500.. and it seems like it explodes also when enemies kill it.

right now this is almost useless, because it costs like 1,5 medium tanks... and the range is so small ... for example the range is to small to chron around some static defense.
so my suggestions, increase range like 4-5x it's current range to make this unit more useful
