Yes it's been mentioned before.
If you google 'openra no nukes option' then you will see github pages discussing it.
The long and short is that nukes are part of the game balance and if you remove that you basically have a new game to balance.

Place team number next to spawn on minimap in lobby,
So it's really annoying having to slowly mouseover every spawn point in the minimap before hitting ready to check teams are sensibly located.
Surely it wouldn't be too hard to put the team number associated with the person at that spawn point next to it?

..the lag and connection problems are unbearable. That should be absolutely no.1 priority for everybody working on this.
