Try my mod though it is for TD, I made the AI as much challenge as possible using only traits without LUA.
The AI is best when there is alot of tiberium near its starting location.
I would suggest free for all with more than 4 AI players.

Count me in. Tho in the RAGL webpage There are 2 accounts for me, 1 that was created by the owners and 1 that i made because they wanted the users to make their own accounts, but they never linked\merged mine. probably forgotten.

what avalach21 said, also to add that this is also a reason for the chrono vortex to appear in the game. Because of the chrono paradox lore wise always.

Well unfortunately i spoke with the main developer of openra pchote, and he was against the idea of having those in to the main game, what i can say? bad luck people! tho i will add them to my mod so you are all welcome to use them there. And i quote so there are not going to be any misunderstanding...
