I would like to point out that the V2 of this map does not work on 20110416, as Harrison's tileset crashes the game. I will put up a fixed version of the map as soon as I know how to fix it, until then the V2 of this map is restricted to 20110320.

Turns out the problem are the custom tiles I used for this map. Anyone who wants to test it should use the build 20110320 to play. Unfortunately I have zero experience in modding, so I need to wait for someone to help me with fixing this ^^'.

IMPORTANT: Harrison's tileset is not compatible with the new testbuild (20110416), the last build it works with is 20110320. Installing it on the most recent version of the game crashed it for me.

Not Harrison's fault, of course, but I thought I'd point it out.

I used build 20110320 to make the map, will dl the new build this weekend and test it myself.

As for the error message, unfortunatly I don't have much experience with programming so someone else would have to tell you what it means ^^'.

Edit: It may be possible that you need to dl Harrisons ...

I think the one with the small step in it could only be mirrored, but the other one with the round bend could maybe be turned around by 90° to the left and right, given the connections ...

It may be possible that you need to copy his tileset into your gamefolder for this map version to work, you can find it here . (just scroll down to the bottom of that post for the dl link)

When you run the game on windows, open the explorer and find the harddrive you have windows installed on. IMPORTANT: You can only find the right files if you downloaded them ingame before. You wouldn't just need additional cliff tiles of that set. It would probably look weird if those tiles would just switch over to green grass. So you'd also need new ground textures, maybe more urban styled roads, fitting houses for such an area, transitions from urban to rural areas etc...

Older design reinvisioned for RA, small map for lots of direct 1vs1 action. Two paths to reach the enemy, ships need some time to go around the islands. Lots of chokepoints in the water to place ambushes.
