How to get Sonar Pulse?

I can't get inside Naval Yard/Sub Pen. What should I do?

You can only infiltrate the Sub Pen/Naval Yard if its placed right next to shore cells. If its placed 1 or more cells away, it cant be accessed by the spy to infiltrate

Just tested it myself and was able to infiltrate with the spy on the latest release. Were you playing a campaign or modded map? No idea why it wouldnt work for you otherwise
