So for my first fermented friday dedicated to OpenRA, I'd like to do something fun with the community as we decent into inebriation. Each game tonight I would like to have one MAJOR rule to the game to entirely change the dynamic, after that game we move on to a different rule. Here are my ideas so far.
Only infantry combat units.
No infantry (besides engineer)
Only 1 MCV per game
Only 1 Ore refinery (multiple ore trucks allowed)
Only dog kennel to attack.
Give me your ideas and I'll add them to the list!

no defense structures (only if tech)
random sovs
maybe you can find those "switch" maps by acr0 they were quite some fun too. ppl end up switching their money/base/army with their teammate every 3/5/7 minutes or sth.

Only minelayers.
The one who's able to destroys all enemy harvesters (and the enemy is broke/can't rebuild) wins.

Announce one unit at the start of the game - you can only use that one unit. No defences allowed.
Preferably played in teams.

Seriously though, maybe that you need to build an air unit before the first vehicle? Harvester can be an exception.

http://resource.openra.net/maps/author/wuschel/ for that. They were great fun back in the past and with improved engine performance also late game should work fine.
