Im sorry. but i don't know what to search or how to use command lines. Like you do.
I just understood that it has to do something with UTF-8 decoding and baltic locale if Im correct.

Im from Europe, Slovenia to be exact. Can my system locale be the problem.
Im using Win10 64bit (Core i5, 8gb ram ...

When i try to download and play for example RA or Dune 2000.

The game downloads from server, that i get message: Error: Archive extraction failed.

Do you have any idea whats wrong?
