Is it a bug that you can't block building placement by capturing a forward command?

Noticed it on a release match and replicated it on the playtest.

I wonder if the naval oil platform would be considered alright to port into Red Alert. No idea how it could be captured though... Unless it had a surface for landing?

Edit: I read the post clearer, so a landing craft captures it. Interesting.

This feature was moved back to Thieves (as in original). Though it is likely that it will be made available for both Thieves and Spies in the next release. Really like the idea of units that can re-set the superweapon.

I meant to say; if increasing cells on all Chronosphere's goes forward- then I think a limited duration GPS would provide a counteracting nerf.
