Fact is: Shockies are extremely powerful when combined with walls. But then again, allies have the artillery which is the perfect counter for infantry.

It doesn't feel wildly unbalanced, as shockies + walls aren't a definitive game winner, so I'd keep it as it is.

With a Spy being able to infiltrate Silos, it could also help a commander distinguish if a French commander deployed a decoy Silo (by showing if it it can't be entered).

That feels like it's too meta for me. It's be way nicer to have the spy not be consumed when entering the fake building, but ...

It would be nice if mass emails would utilize modern BCC technology to not share everyone's email address with everyone
