i think people get lorry is aiming to have some nice matchups firstly. having them in team germany and team usa just spices things up abit and makes a pretty nice format i think.

Teamgames are rather boring imo. Eventhough team Europe vs team USA is always a good show to watch ;) not having too much co-casters is essentiell i feel.
Maybe for a start go with smitty ;) later on maybe get a "guest", a diffrent one every week. I guess people ...
