I am in agreement with Murto that artillery are not a huge issue. The recent meta shift has led high level players away from an arty-dependent build in favor of more mobile armies.

Agree, I think in the event of a connection loss it should be up to the tourney admins whether a rematch is warranted or not. It should be relatively clear if the game is still undecided or if one team clearly has an advantage when the disconnection occurs.
