In short:
1.) Spam ICs (just as zoidberg mentioned I spammed nukes),
2.) Build warfac at the frontline (assuming you already have 6+ warfacs in the back of your base to speed up production)
3.) Permanently IC the front line warfac (with 8+ ICs ...

In general we should start game after game. I don't like it when people keep opening extra slots until there are 10, 12 players.

Mass games are fun but
- More often end in lag
- Make other people wait in the lobby
- Teams collapse like a cardholder when a player is bad

Rather start 2v2, 3v3 or ...

So what are you trying to say with that replay? It was a failed rush, nothing else. Used to do that a lot on that particular map, and it actually worked out more often than it did not.
