Problem:
He's(she) annoying with "unit train/build/lost" spam, so I mute the game.

Suggestion:
1a) Remove voice for: "unit train/build" and "Builiding" (when click structure).

1b) "units train" should be speak only when one of your tab (inf,light veh, heavy), just train last ...
