1. Where can I send feedback and or issues? Is this forum the right place?
2. Using test build "20130316", I edited the System.yaml to increase my build times to be much faster, but these do not seem to be working on the test build as ...

I have just downloaded Open RA, got it working using the Red Alert mod.

I wanted to know if i want to play a skirmish game locally against the computer, is this possible and how do i do it?
