Yes, I've tried joining every availible server to join, populated and empty. I've also tried talking to players via chat, no replies.

Recently I've encountered the problem of when joining a multiplayer game on the Red Alert mod, I cannot change anything. Faction, Team, Starting Position, even player slot.
