Chronoing a MCV and having it stay was established as cannon in one of the missions in Counterstrike or Aftermath. You capture a chronosphere as soviets and use it to get a MCV onto an island that has no other way onto it to kill some allies.

I just want units to prioritize their target by how effective they are vs it. But then everyone bitches about "MUH MACRO!!" and refuses to do anything.

Needs work, there are a handful of extremely effective "strategies" that every game defaults to and it makes not not very fun.

Yeah I experienced this bug too, cant target things under fog-of-war even with force fire.

Reduce arty range (I'd say to 2/3rds what it is)+ make V2 missiles targetable by anti-aircraft weaponry, like the V3 in Red Alert 2.

Reduce AA Gun range so you cant so easily hide arties behind a single AA gun when base camping/walking.

Also one of the original missions (maybe in the expansion) had mammoth tanks that fired flame. I think the mission involved things being screwed up because of the consequences of some experiment?

Fix the iron curtain so you can pre-select your units.
It's bullshit you gotta waste time setting them up out of your enemies reach. Then half of its gone by the time your shit is in range to attack.
