@all: I tried to test the openRA on a WIN7 netbook. Installation succesfull, but the game doesn't work - the same problem as on win xp notebook - unsupported GPU (Intel 3150)

Seems, I have the same problem - my GPU (Intel GM45) is not supported:
Unsupported GPU: Missing extensions: GL_ARB_vertex_shader,GL_ARB_fragment_shader
Vendor: Intel
Available extensions:
GL_ARB_depth_texture GL_ARB_fragment_program GL_ARB_multitexture GL_ARB_occlusion_query GL_ARB_point ...
