where do I change the resolution?

or anyone know where is the setting file for the game in windows?

I accidently type the resolution from 1024x768 to 2x768 and now I can not get into the game because the windows is thin vertical bar (see picture). Is there a way to reset? I have trying to uninstall and install the game but no change. Thank you guys! This is so frustrated.
