Have you seen any invite for you to download the EA app for MAC users? I don't know how they send the invites whether it is done through emails or whatever method, so just check anyway. I have read through the web page about this here: https://www.ea.com/en-gb/ea-app

Or maybe an Incompatible map designed for a different version of the game.
