Help a newb out

So I have Linux running on my Chromebook , have downloaded the Linus version of red alert from the openra site, moved file to the Linus folder on Chromebook files . When I open terminal and type the command to make exec , I keep getting an error claiming file cant be found . What could I be doing wrong ?
