why when im on that i cant join any game
when i go to join game then i click incompatible theres games going on but when i have it click on waitiing or started theres nothing going on

People are already asking for the stream. Who, when and where. I suggest you add some information all over the place asap to attract more viewers.

Would there be any issues with players joining the casting booth when they're not playing?

Personally i would prefer you to pick one or the other.
but if you would like to stream/cast AND play, you are welcome to
it would be nice to see a few games streamed from one players perspective (instead of replay/spectator only)
