Inferno Bomb for GDI

I have the newest Combined Arms MOD and I have made some small changes to the game. The Black Hand faction of NOD has a "Special Ability" of the "Inferno Bomb." Its an airstrike carried out by a B2 Spirit. It looks cool but I feel like it would be better as a GDI "Special Ability." How would I change it?
