Hello!

This is an announcement for a Combined Arms tournament. If you're interested either reply here or message on Discord.

As of right now the plan is as follows:

- One day tournament starting at 2pm UTC on 21st May 2022.
- Streamed by Kaution.
- Best of three, single elimination knockout.
- 16 players.
- First round will be played simultaneously, with one of the matchups chosen to be streamed (Pinkthoth vs Blackened). Same for round 2 except 2 matchups chosen (once R1 is complete), one of which will have to wait for the other to finish while the rest can play simultaneously. The rest streamed consecutively.

The tournament will be played on version 0.82.

Sinjul vs Leaf = Grand Canyon
Blackened vs Pinkthoth = Moonopoly
Kav vs J!NX = The Auld Gate
Ices vs Milkman = Bad Company
ZxGanon vs Neilas = Amsterdamned
Odourless vs Nico = Wetlands
Gacius vs Azure Anemone = Summer Camp
Bain vs Margot Honecker = Eden Lake

Round 2 first maps:

B Wetlands
C Crusade
D Moonopoly

Round 3 first maps:

Final first map: Eden Lake

Loser of previous game picks the next map.

The same map can't be played multiple times in a series.

From the top of my head I could play these two dates, the first one being a maybe

- Saturday May 14th
- Saturday May 21st

I'm interested, may have a conflict on the 21st, but it will probably work out (I want to make this)
Will there be any rules or last minute balances to this tourney? Or can we expect to play with all of the units in the current version (0.81) ?

I may be available; the best date is probably the 21st. I'm not any good at CA though!

Cool, any idea how likely? I think we've got enough to say it's definitely going to be on the 21st.

It will be played on 0.82, which should be released sometime today to give people a chance to practice for the tournament without further changes.
