I would like all players to log in to the #OpenRA channel on the Freenode network (link provided) in order to organize matches and report game results.

There are a few ways you can organize matches:
Standard, released or 'shipped' maps only. Strictly NO CUSTOM MAPS
Standard starting rules MUST be used.
This varies for RA, D2k and TD, but the most important rules are 5000 starting credits, crates off, and MCV only start (RA - D2k) / MCV and light units (TD/C&C).
ALL players in the battle MUST be in the tournament (no public) and MUST be in their ASSIGNED teams.
Watching streams being cast is prohibited while ingame. VERY STRICTLY.

The battle is not over / does not count UNTIL the game declares a winner.
All ingame tactics are valid.
If the game crashes or comes to a stop, please do not "call it a win" and report it.
All Replays MUST be uploaded and linked WITH the result of the match AND who played / what map. Either to your team captain or an official or in this thread.

Any information about scores will need to come to me before being posted here, either through the team captains / tournament officials or directly from players.
I will be updating the scores in the order that i receive them, disregarding spammy results and identical matchups.
They will be updated regularly in the lobby, on the forum, and in the #OpenRA channel
[align=left]Spectating[/align]
We prefer you watch the replay or stream instead of spectating in-game in order to ensure optimum performance. Here is how to do so:

I hope all players will actively work towards the end goal of this tournament being a success. This includes the EXTREME use of patience, tolerance and forgiveness.
If some results you have posted do not make it through, there will be a reason for this, feel free to inquire through the methods listed above.

both teams will have 1 week (7 days) to collect as many points for their respective teams as possible
Tournament will start: Monday 1st August at 12:00pm UTC
Tournament will end:Sunday 7th August at 12:00pm UTC
there will be NO minimum amount of tournament games that must be played.
nor will there be a match size limit / minimum.
players in the match must both / all agree that the match is a tournament round BEFORE the game is launched.
There must be NO players from OUTSIDE of the tournament playing in the match.
There must be NO players fromOUTSIDE of the tournament Spectating the match
Only Tournament officials and Official tournament Casters may spectate

- The #OpenRA Channel will be your best chance. Everyone should be there, and you will get the best and most up to date invitations when YOU are ready to game.
- Meeting up inside the lobby chat is also encouraged, as this will bring more attention to the tournament game streams.
