Following the success of the 2 v 2 Tournament Recently Held, i would like to put the Idea out there for a 1 v 1 tournament.
To be Held Relatively Soon ( 20th of this Month, or maybe the 27th)
Nothing has been Organized, i would just like people to Let me know if they would be interested.
PLEASE leave a Comment With any ideas/ suggestions.

I might be up for it, depending on plans on a saturday night

But it needs to be more organized than last tournament for me to participate. Sorry to say, but a schedule and a better overview of who to play and contact, would do a lot. Waiting 1 hour for each match to start was a bit too long, especially considering the timezone differences.

Hmmm depends I feel like if its 1v1 the brackets will be huge just think of all the matches we'll have it'll definitely be harder to organize. 3v3 would be sick as well. Less brackets and it would be quicker overall as far as time is concerned making it easier for hamb, chrisf, and killalot to commentate.

Maybe we should only commentate on quarter finals and up?

Killalot - I will work harder with all Tournament Staff to better organise this tournament, and to make available the Relevant info of who needs to be where and when.
The problem is some entrants do not run mIRC so Tracking all players between multiple Platforms will still be difficult.
This time i will Not be competeing, so will be able to Run around like a Mad chook to get information out As needed..

Overkill - I asked ihptru about multiple Brackets and for both skill levels, but he thought it best left as one League/Bracket

I think it best that i Open entry's and if the get too big we can split the Brackets

I would Aim for a Similar start time for this tournament as we did for the 3rd
imo it best suited everyone, as the openra community is made up with alot of Fucken wierd Timezones.

1v1 = early attack via Light tank spam, engies, Early yak, Etc.
3v3 is very interesting though.
