There is a tool in the community center that allows you to fix/get info about updates required for your map to work (out of date maps etc), why not release this tool as a downloadable executable? Being forced to use the community center (create account and then upload your map there) to figure out whats out of date is just a pain. Since I dont see any other tools / easy ways to figure out whats out of date im my rules.yaml for example since there is like a million traits.

Resource centre uses the utility which comes packaged with every release. See the --update-map command.
