If you upload your map to
https://resource.openra.net/ you will be able to use it on dedicated servers as well.

UPnP not Supported. Is my problem here in basic? Ive tried to solve it by many windows changes in settings...But still without succes. - Czechia -

503 version should be updated and modified by rewriting whole rules for new and better to MP Online.
