Is there any? Want to share some of my work and hopefully have some feedback.

Really good map, really well done. I would love to see more of your work. Are any other maps ready?
I think http://resource.openra.net/maps/ is for uploading maps, but it doesn't even filter advanced maps from multiplayer ones.

Indeed the resource site isn't feature complete, but like OpenRA development is open and any webdesigner can contribute to https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA-Resources to make it more functional.

Those should be submitted to https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA instead. https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/wiki/Contributing has instructions.
