Uploaded a 0.1A version that works with latest release of OpenRA:

@Holloweye : we have a new release since yesterday ... a hotfix-release .... this .oramod doesnt work with the latest release 20161019

tried to avoid the middlemouse scrolling for now ... but still got this here later

Played only a short game so far (enjoyed it), I like the resource & population system. I've not had any crashes yet.

Bugs:
The Ottoman normal & hard AI don't seem to build anything. (at all)
The Bomber plane does not want to drop its bombs. (on any target)
The AI likes to suicide its infantry through barbwire. (intentional?)

I will look into these and fix them when I have time.
I haven't made any changes to the AI code so they probably think the barbwire is just passable ground. I might look into if there is a easy fix.

- Fixed ottoman AI not building bug.
- Fixed bomber plane
- Fixed tax collector not collcting properly bug.
