Thank you for testing my mod JOo, means a lot!
Played only a short game so far (enjoyed it), I like the resource & population system. I've not had any crashes yet.
Bugs:
The Ottoman normal & hard AI don't seem to build anything. (at all)
The Bomber plane does not want to drop its bombs. (on any target)
The AI likes to suicide its infantry through barbwire. (intentional?)

I haven't made any changes to the AI code so they probably think the barbwire is just passable ground. I might look into if there is a easy fix.
