Want to start making full-on mods for OpenRA... but really don't like the idea of using a PC to do it. Would it be possible for the community to develop a hyper-modern editor which includes most of the PC stuff... XCC etc... into one neat package so those of us with Macs can painlessly contribute to the community with our mods?
Or maybe a new editor which works across all platforms?
Or can someone recommend a known working way to go about modding for OpenRA on a Mac?
editors for Mac OS?

Ok I didn't realize that, I'll check it out and see if I run into any trouble.
To be clear, you mean Wine and not Crossover right?
Which version do you recommend? I see downloads for every other OS but not Mac, do I have to compile it or something?
Looking for the most painless way to get this going.
Thanks for your reply, really appreciate it!

http://wineskin.urgesoftware.com/tiki-index.php is a nice tool for creating stand-alone .app bundles using wine under OSX. I have wineskins for XCC and each of the original games. The only other tools you need is a decent text editor (I recommend Textmate 2) and then the things that we ship with OpenRA ourselves.
