did you extract them from the java-files?
or have you "ripped" them by screenshots in an emulator?

they are extracted from java. I have all graphic files, but I have problem with music... If you want, i can send you all graphic from RAM(Red Alert Mobile) also from CaC4M what I have.
BTW: Last thing I don't know how to get it, it's offsets for infantry.

We can add your additional silo frames to OpenRA as we support different fill steps since

I added the silo fill steps and the new weapon doors in
https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/pull/3111
However I did not see the difference in the landing boat towards the original and I am also not sure if the rocket animations as well as the repair pad are finished.

Yeah, landing boat doesn't have any new frames

rocket too, but Spy Sat has one new frame (I know it's poor)
But here is my old unfinished stuff for Red Alert 2. It's cnp method.
