[MAP] [C&C] Rubicon (Fix)

Not sure if anyone even plays the C&C mod anymore, but during a recent game with a friend we discovered that this map becomes nothing but a Superweapon Session if the four bridges connecting North/South are destroyed.

This also becomes a severe issue if playing against AI, as they'll just cause everything to grind to a painful halt as they try to figure out how to do anything. Not cool.

Largely identical to the original version, except with five permanent crossings over the river, and two open areas for each corner to attack/defend from. Is it any good? No idea, you'll have to get back to me on that one.

Renamed for everyone's convenience, or something like that. I don't know, some people like having broken maps apparently.

Thanks for picking this up. Will merge, replacing the original rubicon map.
