[modding] How to add a template for ra

recently ive been getting some of the crew into modding ra. and noe thing i want to do is add the desert template into the ra mod. i figure this should be a fairly easy task but have found the opposite to be true. and im damned if i can find the picture the yaml files refer to.

and is there rules you can do map specifically to change things like water color etc.
water color=255 255 255 or somthing like that.
