Build an "C&C95 Ultimate edition" using OpenRA that has:
1. Adding an dummy unit: Supply Truck that spawns an money crate when destroying,as an form of aiding allies with resources in multiplayer.
2. Neutral capturable Oil Derricks that provide funds over time and an onetime bonus when captured.
3. Both sides helicopters that shoot both MG and Rockets,and use target preferring to shoot rockets to vehicles only.
4. An sidebar like RA2 that has categories for Infantry,Vehicle(&Aircraft&Navy),Building,Defense(&SupportPower&Superweapon)
5. Minelayers for both sides that can switch their minetype between AT or Anti-Infantry via something like an ability.
6. Adding an Mobile Stealth Detector for GDI that will have an detection radius like:

-OOO
OOXOO <- With X being the detector and O's the detection radius.
-OOO
---O
7. Enabling Sea Mines,like their existing land parts.
8. To create an Aircraft carrier that functions like an Soviet Airstrip at sea. This would be an GDI unit with 2x Jet that will be rendered useless when both planes are shotdown and must return to Port for "rearming".
9. To create an Airstrike call-in ability for GDI which calls 3x Warthogs flying in an V formation. Those planes will use both MiG and Yak weapons. In the end they will scorch targeted location for unit(s) will have multiple clips(lets say 3).
10. Reprogrammed Spy Plane support power that functions without spawning an Spy Plane. (Sattelite Scan for GDI,preq. Adv. Comm)
11. Adding Spy's and Dogs for both sides. As well Spy's that do different things depending where youve sent them(like RA2)
12. An stealth generator for Nod that will function like the Stealth Tank(area cloaking for everything within radius) and not like that silly Gap generator.
13. An user-option for enabling targeting lines like in TS. So you can see where your harvester headed again this time.
14. Adding Heavy Tank and Allies Bunker for Nod.
15. Removing Chain Fence,aint they the same of Sandbags ?
16. Neutral Hospital building that will grant auto-heal for all infantry when captured(like in RA2)
17. Medic that prequisites an captured Hospital for being built and is available to both factions.
18. Adv. Comm that can be built upon any Comm too in addition to open ground.
19. Adding Blue Tiberium(like Diamonds in RA)
20. Veterancy system for Land units.
21. Changing SSM into V1 launcher and becoming for Nod only and Artillery becoming available for both sides.
22. Editing the building gfx so they display with snowed roofs when on snow,more dirty when on desert.
23. Adding an completely new theater,for example: Jungle.
24. Has an Coop-campaign part.

some things can ruin the balance a bit :) we already run too far from original c&c and red alert ;)

yeah, some things are definitely different from the originals. some of the changes are better but i agree that openra is really different.

btw, artillery needs to be balanced :\

theres a few things there that can and/or has already been done. your no. 1 for eg is in Red alert.
number 2. is used on a map cllled tank battlefield i think (its in my mappack get it)
3. is some yaml editing but im unsure about preferd targeting
4. is pic editing and im sure it would be usful for future projects for the art from ra2 to be used. diff catagories are already there tho.
i would say all the stuff can probably be done but you have to code.
