- an option/gamemode which allows to control own and teammates units
- showing ping of all users during the game

- a personal site for registered users where the user can be rated with short sentences like on ebay..rating will be shown in the ingame user infos

what do you think about those ideas?

Imho most of these are sadly not really feasible. Showing the ping ingame would be - and there has been some discussion around it, mostly because ping does not necessarily correlate with bad performance (you can have a very good ping but a slow PC, and then you'll still slow the game). There is an attempt to implement controlling team units, but afaik that is on hold right now.
