Build radius in campaign missions Red Alert

Hallo, how can i set off the build radius in campaign missions? Sometimes it is problem, for example in mission Allied "06a Cripple iron curtain research", your construction yard will appear in the north of the map where you will build a base. But in order to land on the other island, you have to build a port. And the build radius does not reach the water.

There was no build radius in the original Red Alert.

I know it can be changed in the "campaign-rules.yaml" file, but I would need to know what exactly to change. There are the following lines:
MapBuildRadius:
AllyBuildRadiusCheckboxVisible: False
AllyBuildRadiusCheckboxLocked: True
AllyBuildRadiusCheckboxEnabled: False
BuildRadiusCheckboxVisible: False
BuildRadiusCheckboxLocked: True
BuildRadiusCheckboxEnabled: True

Does anyone know exactly what to change?

Hi. Try changing "BuildRadiusCheckboxEnabled: True" to "BuildRadiusCheckboxEnabled: False". Doesn't the mission allow unpacking/redeploying the construction yard/MCV?
