Resources for brand new players in red alert

HI guys, I have been playing this game for quite some time now, and am having trouble getting a hang of the game. As someone who hasn't even played the original red alert, there are virtually no resources for someone of as little knowledge as me. I have looked up build orders and stuff, but can't seem to develop an intuition for troops. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi. I would suggest joining our community Discord to talk to other players and/or joining the academy Discord server which has a lot of resources on how to get better at playing the game. Other than that we don't really have any resources/guides. The only one I know of is https://github.com/OpenRA/OpenRA/wiki/T ... -to-OpenRA but it is very old and wasn't updated.
