This is abused so bad in openRA when idiot trolls are losing. Make it a clickable option in settings. Pause Limiter -- 10 pauses a match and thats it.

ABSOLUTELY. A troll named SUCHARD EXPRESS is ruining our game right now, by being a spectator and pausing - unpausing the game all the time

I can confirm - this troll is abusing the feature to spoil the game. I don't really see how pause is useful more than a few times - it's too much abusable and doesn't serve much legitimate purpose.
