please help i want to play with my friend, i made my own map but we cant play it on the official servers. he said we need a own server for that. on youtube is one tutorial but i dont understand it couse i dont know how to programm. maybe someone can explain it better

You can upload the map to https://resource.openra.net/ to make it available to use on the official servers.

If you just want to play with your friend it's not worth going through the trouble of making one. Just use any of the official servers
