Load Saved Game

I have a very long load of a saved game, while saving and creating it quickly. Who faced this problem, how to solve?

That is an unfortunate side effect of how save games are currently implemented. They are basically replays which are replayed in the background during the loading process. So there is nothing you can do to speed loading up.
