You use standard hotkeys, or you customized it by yourself (and tell us – how)?

I quickly learnt the hotkeys because you need to use them right from the start of a game to save time on the build order. There are a few important hotkeys that are needed to be competitive like shift command but i kept all the hotkeys set as they were and learnt them because they seem to be well placed like fps games using aswd as the primary keys. Some players change some hotkeys but its personal choice i think. The only issue i have had that makes me think about changing one or two hotkeys is accidentally pressing the windows key during play.

I mean - you use default hotkeys or customize (if customized - tell us how )?

You can change your hot keys in the settings menu for red alert.

I told a question, who use custom hotkeys - and if you changed them default version, tell here how you change\overwrite them?

example:
(default hotkey) F1 - you changed it on 1
and etc

Some of these are the same as default openra, some are based on the controls from the original games, some are just switched to keys that are easier for me to remember.

A - attack move
S - stop
D - deploy
F - view currently selected unit
G - guard
H - view construction yard
E - select everyone
T - type select
R - repair
L - sell
X - scatter
B - beacon
alt Z, alt X, alt C, alt V - stances
U, I, O, P, [, ] - building tab, defense tab, infantry tab, vehicles tab, aircrfat tab, navy tab
Q - previous tab
w - next tab
Ins, Home, PgUp, Del, End , PgDwn - superweapons 1 to 6
