connecting to Anki flashcards

Was thinking of gamification of flashcards studying and was looking for some open source games that I could connect Anki to and this seemed like a good candidate.
Would it be possible for openra to communicate with Anki somehow?
Initial idea is to disable resource gathering for the player and adjust game credits based on a callback from Anki when a flashcard is successfully completed. Would this be possible? If not, anyone know of any RTS game engine that has been open sourced?
