Bug Report: Game crashes at opening

Please help me with that, I'm not really tech savy but I love the Command & Conquer franchise...I've owned a mac 10.9 Yosemite for quite some time. So when I open the apple version of the game, it crashes past the black screen with a flag where it's loading game elements...then menu music starts and the game has a fatal error and crashes...I've been suggested to see the possible fixes for this and tried everything, nothing worked, so I guess I'm missing something...When I go check the logs, that I should write down here, there are many log files in the specified folder. Which log file should I ctrl c + ctrl v here?

And graphics log is empty, totally blank

Hm, that is really weird, since we ship 'liblua'. At this point we don't know what exactly is going on, possibly the OS is just too old. Sorry. :(
