None of our streamers seems to have this issue. You can try if the "Use Hardware Cursors" setting helps here.

Do you happen to run the game on a laptop with an Nvidia graphics card? I do, and for me OBS gives me a permanent blackscreen when showing OpenRA - unless I run it in windowed mode (I just set it to 1919x1079 instead of 1920x1080, the difference is barely noticeable). If that's the case, I dug deep into the Nvidia forums and it seems to be a consistent issue with OBS on laptops, and I have not found a proper workaround to this very day despite streaming OpenRA for over 3 years. Try running it in windowed mode; if that doesn't fix it, it's probably something else.

Yeah, btw I also run OpenRA in windowed mode, because I have 2 screens and switching between them when in Fullscreen has some implications; as far as I remember OpenRA doesn't have borderless which would have been ideal for this.

i thought fullscreen was borderless? and full screen legacy was the old full screen?
