Crashes until i used TiberianDawn.exe to download required content

What crashes, Red Alert? Can you post the exception log please? (Otherwise it will be difficult for us to help.)

Yes RedAlert.exe crashed. I dont have the logs anymore, but you can probably repro it by installing older version without content, and then updating it.
