OpenRA

Back in original ra. If you used super weapons or such. There was a chance of spawning some wierd thing that floated around random zaping what ever it could find into Oblivion

Is this implemented.

I thought that if it was to be implemented, bit could be focused or drawn towards the players who used super weapons.

I suppose you are referring to the Chrono Vortex. This hasn't been implemented yet: OpenRA/OpenRA#9778
