Help Please - Teacher here opening a RA Club for Lunch Times

Hi,
So I am a teacher wishing to do some strategy games with students at lunch times at school. I want to setup a LAN game and not allow students to use WAN (child protection issues).

Is this possible?

If so, how do I set this up please?

Wow, you're a cool teacher!

You can create a LAN server using the "Create" button underlined in bright red on https://imgur.com/a/v6sry and have them join that, if they're not connected to the internet they shouldn't see the public servers in the server list.

There might be a better solution, probably better off asking on IRC:

Should be made mandatory in all schools.
